Michael D. Prashad

Michael is an accomplished business and real estate attorney with over 15 years of legal and executive experience advising institutional clients, real estate companies, and entrepreneurs across complex legal landscapes. As the founder of Prashad Law LLC, he brings deep insight, strategic acumen, and a practical, business-minded approach to serving individuals, businesses, and investors with integrity and precision.

 

Before establishing Prashad Law, Michael served as General Counsel and executive team member at two major real estate investment companies. He has structured and managed transactions exceeding $1 billion consisting of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, fund formation, and joint ventures.

 

Michael began his legal career in private practice, representing clients in real estate, litigation, and corporate matters across New Jersey courts and municipal boards. His broad base of experience enables him to offer both institutional-grade legal guidance and highly personalized service to individual clients.

 

He earned his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bentley University. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
